We will release all that no longer serves you, all the heavy and unhelpful stories, the past hurts, all the “shoulds” and “supposed tos”, all the emotions and patterns that are weighing you down. We will clear the space of what doesn’t fit anymore so you can invite in what you want to build and who you want to be. You will let go of years of baggage and heaviness so you can step into the next phase with lightness and ease.
RENEW
Once you’ve released and created space, we must prepare your soul for the new life you’re creating. To plant something new and beautiful, we must renew the soil…or in this case, replenish your soul, your being, and your life. Like a fresh ocean breeze blowing through your soul, you will feel ready to birth what is next for you with a new energy.
REBUILD
You are free of the heaviness, your soul and being has been renewed, and now we can create a new way of being, a new life. You will choose the new stories you wish to live by and thus the new ways of being that align with your truest self. You will know you are worthy of what feels good for you and expand on that feeling, while learning the true secret to manifesting everything you desire.

Gourmet Cuisine
The incredible cuisine at Blue Spirit will nourish your body as much as your soul on this incredible retreat! Your stay includes three delicious consciously prepared organic, gourmet vegetarian meals a day.
We serve fresh locally sourced fish three evenings per week and eggs every morning along with breakfast; cheese is also regularly available while our buffet always provides vegan and gluten-free options.
To accommodate food restrictions and allergies there is a Pure Food option, offering veggies, grains, and legumes cooked without any seasonings or oils.
Accommodations & Investment
The retreat investment will vary based on your room selection. There are several room options to choose from to best fit your budget and desired experience.
The investments listed below are all-inclusive. You will only be responsible for your airfare, transportation, and any excursions, or treatments you elect to experience while at Blue Spirit (i.e. body work, reiki, detox, ziplining, etc).

LOGISTICS
ARRIVAL
There are two airports in Costa Rica, San Jose International Airport and Liberia International Airport.
The Liberia Airport is a two and a half-hour scenic drive to Blue Spirit Costa Rica. Blue Spirit also offers a charter flight from Liberia. For those reasons, Liberia is preferred as the arrival airport as it is more easily accessible to the Nosara area.
TRANSPORTATION
From Liberia Airport, Blue Spirit provides a shuttle service for $60 plus 13% tax per person or a charter flight (currently $149 + taxes) is also available. It is approximately two and a half hours by car from Liberia Airport to Blue Spirit.
From San Jose International Airport, please be aware that there is no group shuttle service available. San Jose Airport is approximately a five hour drive to Blue Spirit. Blue Spirit will gladly arrange for one of the trusted drivers to pick you up at San Jose International Airport (one way: $240 plus 13% tax for one person, $120 plus 13% tax for two people, $80 plus 13% tax three or more people).
Rental cars are available at both airports if you will be extending your stay in Costa Rica before or after the retreat.

The retreat will complete after breakfast on Saturday, August 5th
REFUND POLICY
The Retreat is 100% NON Refundable. Once your spot is saved it is fully yours and your investment has been allocated towards your spot and the activities you will be enjoying. No exceptions. *IF* there are any type of full on Covid Restrictions that makes traveling 100% not possible we will be shifting locations or planning accordingly – you are fully looked out for if that were to happen.
LATE FEE POLICY
If you use the Payment Plan option the payment needs to be fully completed 30 days prior to day one of the retreat. For every day the payment is late there will be a $50 charge.
